Diamond Dynasty players have another exciting shortstop to chase in MLB The Show 26. Cooper Pratt has joined the 2026 World Series Program with a 99 OVR Postseason Series card, giving Milwaukee Brewers fans and lineup builders a new player to work toward.
Released in the late-October content update, this reward celebrates Pratt's impressive postseason performance and offers another way to strengthen your infield. Whether you are completing collections or building a more competitive roster, having enough MLB Stubs can also make it easier to prepare for future lineup upgrades.
Who Is Cooper Pratt?
Pratt's journey to the major leagues has been worth following. Milwaukee selected him in the sixth round of the 2023 MLB Draft, and he made his MLB debut on June 16, 2026. The 6-foot-4 shortstop bats and throws right-handed, bringing an interesting combination of size, defensive ability, and offensive potential.
His 2026 postseason numbers explain why he received special recognition:
• Postseason batting average: .354
• Home runs: 1
• RBIs: 7
• Stolen bases: 2
• World Series batting average: .421
Pratt also drove in seven runs during the World Series and recorded six consecutive hits across Games 4 and 5. Those performances helped establish him as one of Milwaukee's memorable contributors during its championship run.
What Does the 99 OVR Cooper Pratt Card Offer?
Pratt's new Postseason card is a 99-overall Red Diamond item featuring shortstop as his primary position and second base as a secondary position. This positional flexibility is particularly useful for players who regularly adjust their infield depending on matchups and roster requirements.
Here are several reasons to consider adding him:
• Two infield positions: Use him at shortstop or move him to second base when your lineup needs flexibility.
• Right-handed hitting: His batting side gives you another option when balancing your offensive lineup.
• High overall rating: The 99 OVR rating makes him an attractive addition to a competitive Diamond Dynasty squad.
• Brewers lineup potential: He is a natural choice for players building a Milwaukee-themed team.
However, a high overall rating does not automatically make someone the perfect starter. Check his individual hitting and fielding attributes, then test his swing before replacing your current shortstop. Players planning additional roster improvements can also consider whether to buy MLB Stubs to support their Diamond Dynasty goals.
