My Career of Communications and Negotiations has been a span of 33 years.
Beginning with my career with the "Department of National Defence of Canada". My education and training in Leadership, Communications and Negotiations groomed me for my future.
I broadened my skills during my career with the "Metropolitan Toronto Police Force" in Communications. Here I expanded my scope of communications and negotiations in various ways with the diverse nature of conflict in communities, involving two party to multi-party disputes.
I also spent several years as a Chief Human Resources Officer, and than Public Relations & Sales Manager for National and International Sales.
I'm a Humanitarian by nature. Conflict occurs everyday with everyone. Negotiations take place everyday with everyone. Every negotiation or conflict is unique in itself.
I have the knowledge, wisdom and understanding to be an excellent communicator, negotiator, and mediator.
