Hello!
I'm Mr. Kim Kristensen (guess why I put "Mr." in there). ;)
I have a passion for facilitating Conflict Resolution and leading training on various Conflict Resolution topics.
I am not your typical Conflict Resolution Facilitator/Mediator. While I am Certified through the Va. Supreme Court and have a Master's degree, my real training came from being a Circus Performer for 24 years.
I have an eclectic approach to all forms of Conflict Resolution that comes from training and experience in Group Process, Shadow Work, Somatic Psychology, Adult Education, Shamanic techniques, Radical Honesty, and, of course, my Circus experiences.
