Fliban 100 mg generally refers to flibanserin 100 mg, a prescription medicine used to treat acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) in certain women. It is intended to address persistently low sexual desire that causes distress; it is not a medicine for erectile dysfunction and is not intended simply to enhance sexual performance. The recommended dose of flibanserin is 100 mg once daily at bedtime. If a dose is missed, the next dose should be taken at the usual bedtime—do not double the dose. Treatment should generally be stopped if there is no improvement after 8 weeks.
